First impression WOW!!! When you walk into any Grandville's display you are always welcomed by a big smile and helpful staff that personally walk you through their display houses and offer you a cold water. That alone puts Grandville Homes ahead of the rest right of the bat. . After chatting about what we were after they started on getting a quote together as nothing was too much trouble. After looking though a few of designs we selected what we needed. This gave us confidence in the Grandville name as a chosen builder for us. Right through the whole building process Grandville Homes have been absolutely amazing to work with.

Manny was our consultant who has helped us every step of the way, from: later appointment times, answering every query we’ve had, changing our plan numerous times to suit our every need and ensuring our home met all of our expectations.
