12 Month Building Defect Warranty

At Grandville Homes, we believe in standing behind the quality of our work, even after we’ve completed construction on your new home. That’s why we offer a 12 Month Building Defect Warranty. If an issue arises with your home within 12 months of completion, we’ll fix it. Our proactive warranty manager will closely follow the progress of your request and will work with you and appropriate tradesmen to ensure that any issues are rectified promptly and to your satisfaction.

We’re committed to ensuring that you’re thrilled with your home long after you move in. That’s why our warranty manager will check in with you at both 2 and 10 months after you move in, to ensure that everything is still working as it should be, and to address any issues you may not have thought to report.
