Pre-Construction Administrator

Once you’ve selected your Grandville home design, our pre-construction administrator will manage the various activities and individuals involved in transitioning your home from “Yes, we want you to build our home” to “Alright, we have all the necessary approvals and decisions in place, and we’re ready to commence construction on your new home!”

Construction Admin

As the Construction Admin & Defect Coordinator, I will be your primary point of contact once the construction of your Grandville home begins. My role is pivotal in ensuring that all the necessary information and paperwork are provided to the relevant parties at the appropriate time. I work closely with supervisors, suppliers, and trade partners to ensure a smooth and efficient construction process, with minimal disruption to you. After you move in, I will continue to address any defects or issues that may arise, ensuring your complete satisfaction with your new home.

Accounts Manager

Prior to commencing the construction of your new home, our accounts coordinator will contact you to assist in setting up payment arrangements with your bank. This ensures timely payments for your build project, allowing construction to proceed without any unnecessary delays.

Administration Team

Our suppliers and tradesmen can attest to the level of service we provide. Our proactive administrative team ensures that their work is supported on a weekly basis, which in turn allows us to keep your house build on track. Additionally, this same team is responsible for refining our internal processes, allowing us to continuously enhance our customer service and project delivery.

Drafting Team
